[Smartball] The only training aids I implore every client to have access to are alignment sticks, a swingyde, and a ball that fits between the arms. This is truly one of the most useful things that any player can do for their games! The education of the arms, specifically the trail arm, is so important. This drill takes care of at least three foundational positions. 1. Trail arm fold to the top 2. External rotation in transition 3. Extension through impact Get creative and start getting better today! . . . #golf #golfer #golfswing #golfinstruction #golftips #golftiktok 1:15

[Hand Path] When a player’s hands work vertically in transition, whether due to lack of depth or trying to come from the inside, the effect is generally a very steep shaft. It can seem counterintuitive, but ensuring the hands work out or towards the golf ball may be the missing piece. It is difficult to say if this is a problem you have without seeing video so take a look and see if it is what you need. . . . #golf #golfer #golfswing #golfinstruction #golftips #golftiktok 0:28

[Grip] Probably the easiest way to create more speed and hit the ball further! One of the very first things I look for in any lesson is how the player grips the club and if they are able to create angles in the backswing. If the grip is too far in the palms, it can be impossible to have the wrist mobility necessary to hinge the club. We need to create angles to have any opportunity to maintain and release angles later on. . . . #golf #golfer #golfswing #golfinstruction #golftips #golftiktok 0:37
