Ingredients (Makes ~12 Bites):
Β½ cup cottage cheese (120 g)
1 egg
1 small apple, peeled & finely chopped (about 100 g)
ΒΌ cup oat flour (30 g) (or almond flour for low-carb)
Β½ tsp baking powder (2 g)
Β½ tsp ground cinnamon (1–2 g)
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, 7–14 g)
Pinch of salt

Directions:

Step 1 β€” Prep
Preheat your air fryer to 320Β°F (160Β°C) or oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Lightly grease a mini muffin tin (oven) or silicone molds (air fryer).

Step 2 β€” Mix Wet Ingredients
