Full Body HIIT 💥⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ At first glance you might be like hold on, wait a minute, something ain’t right. This is a leg workout clearly⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But if I’m being honest, I think my shoulders and back were giving up before my legs were, helping me see yet again that legs are (or at least should be) strong let than your arms.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ So give it a shot, I can say this is my least favorite one I’ve got in the archives.
