Lots going on here, to simplify: Think of Swing direction as the shape of your swing, what you see and what you feel. Swinging “out to in” or “over the top” would show a negative number number. Swinging “in your out” would show a positive number while somewhere in between would be zero. Club path: Where you hit the ball on the arc will move that swing direction number more positive or negative depending on how steep your angle of attack is - that is club path. You can’t see angle of attack on camera so you can only guess what path is. In the example in the video the swing direction (hula hoop) is angled left but path is positive (in to out) because of how early in the arc you’re hitting the ball. The part of the Hulu hoop where you’re hitting the ball is actually pointing right of the target which is the white arrow in the video. If Face angle is measured in degrees & tells you where the face is pointing at impact. For a right handed golfer a Negative number is a closed face, positive number is an open face. For the ball to end up at your target you want face to be half of path. If you want to hit a draw you want a positive path number. If you want to hit a fade you want a negative path number Draw example: Path 8 face 4 Path 4 face 2 Fade example Path -8 face -4 Path -4 face -2 I’ll be doing a full length YouTube video going more in depth on how this works 🤘🏽#golftiktok 0:36

1 - no shift off the ball - using primarily verticle force to power the swing (think of a jump with the lead foot happening at around left arm parallel in downswing) 2 - big shift off the ball - using lateral forces to power the swing. Think of a big push towards the target to get the swing started, then a big push away from the target to recenter, then slamming on the brakes towards the target to create the “whip” and downswing speed 3 - centered pivot using primarily torque or “twist” to power the swing. Have posted some matchups regarding the “front pivot” already and will be posting the lateral matchups as well as centered pivot matchups next week! Stay tuned 🤘🏽 0:13
