This short meditation can be done multiple times per day to calm your nervous system when you feel stressed or overwhelmed. We'll be stimulating your vagus nerve through buzzing, and you really can't do it wrong. We'll begin together. As soon as you begin buzzing, listen very closely to the sound while watching the flowers on your screen. And as soon as you end one round, begin another one right away. Continuing. Take a slow fall in here. And on your own, continue buzzing. Allow yourself to focus on the vibration of the sound in your throats and in your face. Let the buzzing clear thoughts from your mind as you continue gazing at the flowers. Make every single round of your buzz as long as you physically can, squeezing down with your belly toward the end of every single round. Move toward the completion of this, the final round. Whenever your buzzing comes to an end naturally, return to normal breath and take a few moments to gaze at the flowers. Whenever your buzzing comes to an end naturally, return to normal breath and take a few moments to gaze at the flowers.
