FULL RECIPE BELOW Strawberry Cottage Cheese Donut Holes (makes 9) Ingredients * ¾ cup @good_culture 4% Cottage Cheese, just blended (make sure not to overblend or it will be too thin) * 1 cup flour (may need to 1-2+ tbsp additional flour) * 1 egg * 1 tbsp maple syrup * Zest from 1 lemon * 2 tsp baking powder * ¼ tsp baking soda * ¼ tsp salt * 1/3 cup lightly crushed freeze dried strawberries Icing * ½ cup powdered sugar * ¼ tsp vanilla * 1-2 tbsp milk * 1 tsp blended freeze dried strawberries Directions 1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, lemon zest, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the blended Good Culture cottage cheese, egg, and maple syrup and stir well with a spoon.
