STOP Forcing Rotation 🚫 If you’re a golfer with an outside-in swing path, the last thing you need is more rotation from the top. Every day I see players try to “turn harder” in transition… All it does is shove the hands out, steepen the shaft, and make the over-the-top move even worse. This gets especially bad when you’re rotating more than you’re side-bending. ⸻ What To Do Instead ✅ • Keep your chest closed slightly longer • Shift pressure into your lead side earlier • Let the hands work down toward the ball, not out This helps shallow the delivery and promotes a more inside-out path. ⸻ Important: If you already shallow the club well and your face is in a good spot — then yes… turn and burn 🔥 It’s all about matchups. ⸻ Start slow. Homemade Sprite Lemon Lime Soda for episode 43 of Better Than StoreBought You can make yours as sweet or unsweet as youd like and you can even use a sugar substitute in the syrup Its refreshing flavorful and so much better than storebought soda Full recipe linked in our profile or save the recipe below 1 tbsp lime zest 1 tbsp lemon zest 12 cup freshly squeezed lime juice 12 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 12 cup granulated sugar Sparkling water Using a microplane zest roughly 4 limes and 3 lemons then juice them Set the juice aside To a mediumsized bowl add the granulated sugar and lemon and lime zest Use your fingers to massage the sugar into the zest until there are no white streaks remaining in the sugar To a small saucepan over mediumlow heat add the zest and sugar mixture and the juice Heat to a gentle simmer stirring occasionally until all of the sugar has dissolved then turn off the heat and let the zest steep in the syrup for at least 20 minutes ideally until fully cooled Once cooled strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove the zest Transfer the syrup to a mason jar or other storage container we use a pump top bottle To make your Sprite add anywhere from 24 tablespoons of syrup to an icefilled glass and then top off with sparkling water Stir gently and enjoy
