I've led content strategy for brands like Salesforce and Microsoft. And here's exactly how I've come up with my best content ideas in five steps. Step 1, cancel any brainstorming meetings. Being creative on command isn't conducive to my best ideas. Step 2, touch some grass and see the sunshine. Step 3, increase blood flow to my brain. Step 4, do a totally different creative thing. We could even be writing a story for my kids. Step 5, get some rest. Then I think about the content plan again. If you try this method, let me know.
