I'm going to start a school. And the first class, it's a G train. The first class is going to be entirely free. Hear me out as to why I'm thinking of doing it, why I'm going to do this. I really miss business meetings, but not for the reason why you might think. And it's a huge part of why I had meetings all day long. I just love to help people. Like I literally, that was my, it sounds so nerdy to say, but that was my jam. Like back to back to backs where I was just there to help. That's why I was emailing at four in the morning and at night so I could just be there and be helpful all day long. Sounds super weird, but that's, if you worked with me, then you know that that's the case. I've got my Dropbox folder with all the career tips, but I don't want to charge for any of that stuff. I'm not interested in doing one of those courses where you buy like a bunch of videos. With all due respect to the people that do those, it's just not my jam. Like, I don't know. I couldn't see myself putting one of those together right now. I want to help one-to-one as much as possible, but at scale, which means that I would have to be like the teacher for the entire school that I'm starting. This is how it would work if you get picked. And again, open to any experience. You don't even have to be in corporate America. Like this could help anybody, entrepreneur, creator, entry-level, C-level, whatever. Everybody in the school will get one of these assessments to fill out. Bunch of questions like how happy you are with a bunch of different things in life and how you react in different situations. There's a couple of sample questions. Based off of your own answers, then I've got like literally a quantitative assessment of how you show up when it's normal and when you're stressed out. And each one of these bars is basically like a different vibe, so to speak, based off of your attitude. And then I can help you say, this is why I do this. And this is why if I don't want to use that specific vibe, if you don't want to be like in a victim mode, or if you don't want to be angry, or if you don't want to be just selfish, if you want to be more about the, I can basically walk you through all of that. So you get picked, I send you one of those, you fill it out, do this for all 47 of the first inaugural class. I'll tell everybody how it works in like an hour-long session. And then I'll break out into groups from there and walk people through specifically like how it works based off of individual circumstances. So it depends on who gets picked, but if there's like a marketing group or an entry-level group or a entrepreneurial group or whatever, I'm making this up in real time, but if I don't like start doing it, and especially because I'm already a certified executive coach, I'm going to attempt to scale out basically executive coaching for everybody that would ever want it. I hope this made some semblance of sense. Like this might be a hot mess in real time, but like I got to start somewhere. Link you know where if you want to fill it out. I'm going to turn this around super fast so I can get the first class in and out and just like learn and iterate from here. But I don't want to sell courses. Brand deals are fun, but like I want to do more to help at scale. So starting with this God knows how long TikTok is how I start by saying, this is what I'm thinking, and this is how it's going to work. And that's all I got.
