How to build an AI startup in 60 seconds. This post is from Greg Eisenberg, one of my favorite influencers. I'm gonna talk about how I naturally followed this process with Blotato. Number one, find painful workflow. As a content creator, I observed my own painful workflows and then I made a TikTok video asking my audience if this pain point resonated with them too. Step two, hack V1 fast. I use cursor AI to build the MVP for Blotato and filled myself from start to finish. Step three, grow distribution daily, post insights, build useful tools. In my case, I make social media posts that grow distribution daily and expands my reach. This is where I'm at now, number four and number five, really nailing retention, perfecting the core loop, expanding the core features and automating operations. Number five is to partner with creators other than myself to scale beyond my own audience.
