Here, the pelvis needs to swivel away. You're like trying to just shove the pelvis back and then collapse the chest down in this space, which you'd lose space, like that's catastrophic. The way that you regain the space is you shove the pelvis lateral and up to be able to gain that space in through the strike, and that's why the spine looks like it wants to work away. It's just a bad command. Instead, once we drop, the pelvis is swiveling away, but the chest needs to be going up and forward, up being the operative term. See that look? This is why this lead leg goes into extension, because the chest is working up and forward as the pelvis swivels away. That combo is the hit and the unload. So I'm like dropped in here at four, swivel the pelvis, there go the ribs, all together. Drop into four, swivel pelvis, ribs. Drop, pelvis, ribs. We need more of that.
