At the time, Dwight, who had been the CTO and co-founder of DoubleClick, and I decided we wanted to start new companies. We came up with one idea, and then we came up with another idea. We didn't have a strategy yet, but in the very beginning stages, we could actually do more than one company, which no one thinks you can do. We decided we thought you could do that. Dwight spent most of his time on Mongo. I spent more of my time on Business Insider and Giltz. I was chairman of all three. It turns out that all three were very different businesses and all three were quite successful. That was a real learning experience.
