I recently went to a glamping show because I'm building out some glamping sites and I need structures and my favorite one is actually made by a company that builds party tents and I just know party tents that's my main business so this is my front runner I did not see this particular tent right away I saw two of the other ones which I didn't really like them but then this one this is my world I know this tent because it's put together almost like a party tent obviously a little different but here it is now these are the two that I looked at that one and this one being the bigger version of it but they do have another one that is similar but the framing is all part of the tent this is kind of like a party time actually they go together the same way party tents have tracks that the fabric goes through so this is all one structure but it's super super sturdy and then within this structure you can build whatever you want so they built the master bedroom that could be a loft up there kitchen area walk through another little bedroom and this could have bunk beds in here and then this would be your bathroom shower area so this one right here is designed for massive snow loads the fabric and the frame come together as one and as you see this frame is really really beefy this one is up to I think you said 15 feet snow loads they do give you all of the plans literally all of them exactly how to build the deck and multiple options so you can have it sitting on a deck or have it like they have it here with the deck inside and they even give you the plans for different ways to separate the interior space so all you gotta do is buy this have your contractor build the deck put it on they can build the insides and you're ready to go they will know give you everything you don't have to like come up with shit on your own you can if you want to but they have a bunch of different options I'm thinking this is the way I'm gonna go okay he's gonna send me the quote for this one I'm glad I talked to him he saw my hat and was like oh you're from the party rental industry I'm like yeah so we're talking those kind of things like I said that tank goes together like a party rental tent it's about $20,000 I just know how to do these and I know that they're good so show pricing is he would do it for $19,000 until December so this is my new number one front runner I think this is the way to go and you actually do like this deck system because the majority of it is inside the tent with a small patio area
