In order to be successful, you need to know that people have a small number of slots in their brain for who they remember. So you've got to get into people's head. And in order to do that, you need to know two things. The first one is 7-11-4, which we'll talk about. And the second thing is that your brain is extremely good at deleting messages. But there's five things that will not be deleted by the brain. And the last two are the ones that are most useful. So, the first one is... I wish I knew this at the start of my career.
