Full Video On Youtube. 10 AI Tools Business Own...
In this video, I'm gonna give you 10 business tools that you can create with Claude that will have your customers love you and have them coming back to you to buy over and over and over again. So let's just hop right into it. The first one is going to be an ROI calculator. This will be a tool that shows your customers the return on investment that they'll get from using your product or service. For example, a gym owner can help customers calculate their cost per workout based on attendance. A solar company can show a homeowner their energy savings over time. A business consultant can demonstrate cost savings from efficiency improvements. The key here is just showing customers the tangible value that they're getting. Now, for the sake of this video, I'm just gonna pretend like I am a digital marketing agency owner, but if you stick to the end of this video, I'll show you how you can get all of these prompt templates where you can just input your business right here and tailor all of these prompts specifically for your customers. So here in this example, I'm having Claude help me create a calculator that the clients can use to estimate their marketing return on investment. So let's see Claude go to work and it's gonna build the code for you. So you don't have to know how to code and then bam, take a look at this. We can input their monthly spend, their click-through rate, their conversion rate, their AOV, and then project their monthly results right here. Great way to show people why to work with you and why to continue working with you. Now, the second one's gonna be a performance dashboard, which can help your clients visualize their progress towards their goals. So for example, a nutrition coach can show their clients progress on their weight, their measurements, their habits. A financial advisor can display portfolio performance. A music teacher can track progress across different skills. What we wanna do here is transform numbers into visual stories of success. And so here in our marketing agency example, what I wanna do is create a visual dashboard that will show things like revenue trends, customer growth, conversion rates over time. So I'll give it this prompt. It'll go ahead and create the code again. And by the way, you just copy and paste this code right onto your website. Awesome, so here's the dashboard it created. Revenue up 14% from last month, the customers, the conversions, the CTR, and then the revenue trends in a nice visual graph right here. The third one's gonna be a planning calendar. So this one's gonna help your customers stay organized and consistent. Some examples are a personal trainer, creating custom workout schedules, a restaurant creating meal prep plans for catering clients, an education company making study schedules for students. We just wanna turn your expertise into actionable plans for your customers. So here in our marketing agency example, let's create a tool that helps them plan their social media content. And then we'll input what we want, business type, target audience, so on and so forth. And so we'll give this to Claude. Claude's gonna go ahead and create the code. And so here it is. Let's just say our business type is health and wellness. Let's say we wanna target business professionals. And then we can put a key message as lose 20 pounds in just two hours a week, something like that. And here it'll go generating the entire content plan. And if you can see four different platforms as well. And so this goes ahead and creates a 30 day schedule. Now the fourth one's gonna be a proposal generator that will help streamline creating customized offers for your clients. So think a wedding planner, creating custom package proposals, an IT service provider, creating custom bundles, a landscaper, creating seasonal maintenance plans. The goal here is to respond quickly with professional and personalized proposals. So here's our prompt for our marketing agency example. And then we're just gonna say what we want the specific fields to be in this proposal. And so let's go ahead and give this to Claude. Here's the code and wham, bam, thank you, man. We have our proposal generator right here. There was actually an error in the first time that Claude did that, but it fixed it itself. The fifth one is going to be a growth forecaster that can help show customers their potential future results with you. Examples like a tutoring service showing predictive grade improvements, a real estate agent projecting property value growth, a business coach forecasting revenue. We just want them to visualize their future success with you. So here's our prompt for our agency example. We wanna show potential ROI from the SEO investments over six to 12 months. So let's go ahead and give it to Claude, generating the code again. And so here it is, this is pretty cool. This is where they currently rank. This is where we wanna get them. This is their volume, the conversion rate, revenue projections right here. And then projection graphs, which is awesome to see. Six is gonna be a progress analyzer, which will help identify trends and opportunities for customers who are working with you. Some use cases would be a language school, tracking student proficiency gains, a productivity coach, monitoring efficiency in their client, a sleep consultant, analyzing rest patterns. So we're turning data into insights that your customers probably didn't know. So for our example, we'll create a tool that analyzes email marketing metrics and we'll have the clients input their email stats, like their open rates, click rates, list size, et cetera. And then we'll show them insights on their performance based on these. So let's give it to Claude and here it goes. And so this is actually the second time Claude came back with an error right here. And all it's doing is it's just fixing itself, which is awesome, because I sure as hell don't know what's going wrong. I have no idea how to code. And there we go, it fixed itself. So we have the campaign metrics right here, the engagement metrics, the conversion metrics. And now here is the awesome looking dashboard. For number seven, we're gonna create a client onboarding tool that will help create personalized questionnaires for all of your new customers. Like a career coach understanding client goals and experience, an interior designer who wants to capture client preferences and styles, or a pet groomer collecting pet history and care needs. We want to start the relationship off right with the correct questions. And so for our marketing agency example, we'll have Claude create the questionnaire for new clients and have them input their industry services that they're interested in and get a tailored set of questions to gather any necessary information. So let's go ahead and give it to Claude. And so here's our builder. So we can select the industry. Let's just say we're doing local business, we're doing SEO. I can add a custom questions like, what are your goals over the next 12 months? We can add that and then we can go ahead and look at the whole questionnaire. And so here's what it comes back with. All the business information questions, the technical information questions, SEO questions for you, and then your additional added question that we put in right here. And number eight, we'll do a resource optimizer that will help your customers make better decisions. So for example, a financial planner optimizing budget allocation, a time management coach balancing work priorities, or a nutrition coach balancing meal components. We wanna help your customers make the most of what they currently have. And so for our marketing agency example, let's help them create a tool that will help allocate their marketing budget across different channels. And then we'll input the inputs right here, and then we'll go ahead and give this to Claude. Here comes the code and boom. So this one is actually really, really cool. So we can set the monthly budget. So let's say it's 10K a month. The primary goal is brand awareness. Actually, let's change this to direct sales, of course. Target audience B2C. Channel importance. So let's put social media as more important. We'll put paid advertising as second. Content we can leave, email we can leave, and then SEO, let's just turn that down. So based on that, it went ahead and created a pie chart for our recommended budget allocation. And then down here, it recommends, okay, here's what to spend on paid ads, on social marketing, on content marketing, email marketing, and SEO. Although really what we should have done here is just done different paid advertising channels, but you get the gist. And then right here, it'll give us our monthly growth projections. For the last two, I'm gonna go ahead and start a new chat because this thread is getting long and I don't wanna hit my usage limit too quick. So we'll go ahead and start. For number nine, we're gonna create an experience journey map. This will help customers visualize and plan significant life transition or business transitions. So this would be good for like a moving company, a business succession planner, a wedding planner. Here's our prompt for our marketing agency. And keep in mind, Claude has no memory. So we just need to tell it again that we're a digital marketing agency. And then we wanna help create a tool that helps clients visualize their digital transformation journey. Here's all the details of what we want. Let's go ahead and throw this into Claude. There goes the code. And so here it is. This one's pretty cool too. So let's say current state is website. Let's do goals is omni-channel. Project constraints budget is let's say 10 grand a month. Team size is 25. Desired month is let's say 10 months. And it'll give us the transformation timeline, estimated duration four months, social media integration, and then the key milestones here. And number 10, we're going to create a compatibility matcher. So this will help your customers make informed decisions about products, services, or partnerships. So think a tech consultant matching business needs with softwares, a recruiter matching candidates with company culture, or a franchise consultant helping entrepreneurs find the right franchise opportunity. So here's our example for our agency. We wanna help match up clients with the right marketing services and tech stack. And here is all of the components of that. And so let's go ahead and give it to Claude. Here comes the code. And here it is. So this one's actually really, really cool. So let's just do an example real quick. Let's say our industry is e-commerce. Our monthly budget is 10 grand a month. We're looking for sales. And our marketing team size is four. Here's our stack. And then what's really cool is it'll give us a recommendation for the plan, what the services include, what the recommended tech stack is, and then what the growth plan looks like. And so those are the 10 different business tools that you can create with Claude. And so if you want these prompt templates right here, this way you can just copy and paste and input your business information into it. The link will be in the description.
