If your wrist is cupped at the top of your backswing, it's easier for you to come over the top and hit that awful slice. Quick fix is to bow your wrist to the point you could hold up the US Open trophy. From there, it's a lot easier for your hands to fall behind and shallow, promoting that inside club path to start hitting draws. Sometimes when I hit shots, I will momentarily pause at the top to make sure I'm at the correct position, then swings through.
