Okay, I want to show you the playbook that e-commerce brands are using to drive $1,000,000 a month in their first month. It sounds crazy, but they're doing this using TikTok shop and I'm going to show you how you can use automation and AI to capitalize on what is one of the biggest waves in social media and a fundamental shift in consumer behavior. I personally know 20 year olds. We're making six figures a month offering this service and on the other side, I see brand owners who are doing seven and eight figures using this strategy and if you think it's bullshit, just hear me out because I'll show you step-by-step how it works. By the way, the reason I know these playbooks so intimately is because I build automations for all sorts of different companies and it's such an amazing side hustle. I'm teaching a live class this week. If you're curious. Okay, so here's how it works. Obviously TikTok shop is exploding. They've already done 20 billion dollars in sales, which in a year and a half is absolutely insane. Gen Z loves it, but most brands have no idea how to capitalize on this massive opportunity in front of them. They just need two things winning creative and lots of UGC creators affiliates. The problem for them is sourcing onboarding and paying out all of these creators. So here is how we can automate this process using AI and automation. First we'll use Callow data or fast moss to source the most viral and highest converting creatives for our product category and you can just copy the best hooks and formats in order to generate creative. There's so much parody in this space and then use that to build a creative brief or swipe file that will eventually share with the influencers who we onboard, which brings us to the next step, which is going to be using Influencer Club to source thousands of US influencers for an outbound recruitment campaign. We'll look for creators with at least 5,000 followers in the US that are already talking about products in our category. So if it's a dog product, we'd input dog, pet, puppy, canine, you get it. Next we'll use Lem List to set up an automated high volume outreach campaign and we'll use social snowball, open AI, make.com and Gmail to create an AI autoresponder that will automatically onboard influencers when they respond to our scaled outreach. If the response is positive, we'll send them an onboarding form that we built out in Airtable and at the time when that is filled out, the creators will then be sent a creative brief, an affiliate link for tracking and an invite to our influencer Slack channel. And remember that creative brief was entirely automated in our first step. Now step number four, we can use tools like Refunnel to make sure that we are tracking all of the UGC that is being published so that we can double down on the winning creatives. To refine the marketing strategy even further, we would share the most creative assets in the Slack channel with the influencers and have our affiliates copy the exact content format.
