I did a video earlier today on the temptation to fire people who have immense institutional knowledge, and I talked about someone I knew, I gave him a pseudonym because I don't want to violate his privacy, and I said this is Greg, etc. But the point is, some of you asked, does this ever hit executives? Does it ever hurt executives that we have decisions made about automation, about AI, and they're often made, and the last thing on anyone's mind is the little guy, the Greg, the institutional knowledge person, and there's no consequences for firing that person. That's incorrect, and I have a great example for you. Check out Boeing's stock price. Boeing is not doing well. Boeing has been firing their Gregs for a decade or more, maybe 15 years, and Boeing is really suffering because they've moved from an engineering-driven culture to a private equity firm-driven culture, and yeah, it does impact stock price after a while because their product isn't as good, and that's all very timely, right, because we're like reading reports of airplanes having issues all the time, every day right now. So what happens when you don't have your Gregs?
