China just released another AI video model that's on par with Chatubidi's Sora, but it's completely open source, meaning you can download it and run it right on your computer for free and an unlimited number of times. The tool is called Step Video, T2V, and it can create some amazing videos just like these. Now, there are two ways to run it. First, if you have a PC with good RAM, you can actually run it locally in your computer using a platform called Hugging Face.
