Be really careful about humans who do not have long-term friendships and relationships. And I see this a lot online. I'm sure you guys do too. Like, how long have they employed people? How long have their people been with them? Do they have friends, like going all the way back to high school? Are they close with, like, their family? Or is every single time you talk to them about somebody historically, it's that person's problem. It was their family's problem. They kind of put them to the side once they got bigger. Really good indicator of somebody who is probably going to do the same thing to you.
