If you're struggling with pulling or hitting snap hooks, your head is probably going over with majority of your weight on your toes. A great way to feel like you're staying in posture through the shot is by leaning your head against the wall and make your swings. You'll notice now I can use my hips to exit left to create room for the arms to swing through without falling over.
