Hang out with 90 year olds while you're still young. Because they've lived it and they can give you context about life. Stop complaining, hold yourself accountable, and watch your happiness explode!

Spend one hour with somebody who's 90, that's not your grandpa, grandma, hour, one hour, and really chop with them. And you will realize everything you complain about is nonsense. When you're 90, you just wish you spent more time with people you loved, and you wish you did shit you liked. Too many people are just doing shit they don't like.
