I'll take a little controversial approach here, but like, you don't want to just say like, here's exactly what it is and what it does. People see that and they say either, oh, that's great or like, okay, cool. But then like 75% of people on that waitlist will be like, oh, that's not what I need or that's not what I was looking for. Where if you start with more general kind of messaging, positioning and design, you're casting a broader net. And then as the product develops, it's probably going to increase in the number of folks in the waitlist who it will appeal to. What's the key to running a good waitlist for a product that you're working on? Um, mystery.
