I just built the craziest AI automation for GoHighLevel that is going to sell AI chatbots to businesses for you through a lead magnet system that is all automated inside of Zapier and GoHighLevel. This will also help you understand the difference between the previous AI agent that I built and an AI automation like this guy's wondering right here. This workflow only applies to people selling AI chatbot calling systems to businesses, but if you do not do that, still watch this video because it'll show you the power of AI automation in lead magnets. It all starts here with our asset called our AI calling lead form. Businesses interested in getting AI chatbot services from you, they're going to go to your website and fill out this link and put in their website in here. What happens next is literally insane. We're going to go ahead and text them and reach out and say, hey, I already set up your AI agent for you. Would you like to test it for completely free? They're going to go ahead and say yes, and then you're going to send them another text saying, great, I'm going to be calling you here in a second. We're going to do a web hook, which is going to send all of that data, including their website link out into Zapier. And you can also do this inside of make.com. Inside of Zapier, we're actually catching all of the information from the go high level workflow that is going to start our automation. We're taking the website URL and we're using Appify to scrape all of the details of their website so that we know what to train the chatbot on automatically. We're taking all of the details from the website and putting them into a prompt that is going to generate the instructions necessary to create their AI agents so that when it calls them, it's actually trained on their stuff. Then we're using SynthFlow to create the agent with the instructions that AI generated. And this is going to create the agent for us. Finally, we are going to create a call from the AI agent that we just built with the prompt from AI. This is literally going to call the phone number that they put inside of the lead form. Then we're going to wait five minutes for the call to be over. And then we're going to use SynthFlow once again to find the call using the ID of the call that we created. This is going to give us the details to then go back into our CRM, tell our sales team what to do. We have a path inside of Zapier that's going to say based on if it does exist, the call that it just found, because if they don't answer it, it's not going to exist. And we're going to have to do another follow-up and another call, but let's assume that they did answer. It's going to go through answered. And then we're just going to zap all of the information from that call back into Lead Connector and handle the rest inside of a GoHighLevel campaign. That GoHighLevel campaign should look like updating the contact, the opportunity, creating a task for your team to follow up, sending an email to survey the lead on that call and how it went, sending a Slack message to your sales team, applying a tag of hot lead, and then going into a Google Sheet like CRM and updating it. If the call doesn't exist, which this is super important, then we need to then create the call again, wait another five minutes, do the same thing, and then wait to see if that call exists, if they answered the second one. If no, once again, we're going to add them to a campaign in Lead Connector, which is going to do similar things. It's just going to mark them as not a good lead. This entire system will automatically create custom AI agent chatbots for your client in two seconds, then call them and show them, and they're going to ask the questions. And because they gave us their website URL, we scraped everything, used OpenAI to generate the instructions. It's going to be able to answer everything. I've already tested this. This is absolutely insane, and it should show you what AI can do. I would recommend setting this up.
