Here's how to build a custom AI model for your company in five minutes. Let's walk through it. The first step to customizing these AI models for your company is a knowledge base. Basically, we want to bring in all that contextual information about our company, what we do, our pricing, our previous case studies, all the information that might live in Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Google Drive. We basically want to aggregate all that information so that this model is aware of it. So this enables us to ask questions like this and get answers directly. It's searching through all the information to answer our questions. So the key thing to building a custom AI model is that we want it to know everything. So I built a workflow automation that aggregates every single meeting that I'm in. So it takes all the meeting notes and also adds that to the knowledge base over time. That workflow automatically adds it to this client meeting minutes folder. That way your custom AI model gets smarter over time. You can ask it questions like, I'm prepping for a follow-up call. What are the next steps that we discussed in the last meeting? And you can see it answers that question directly. From there, I'm just going to continue building out a suite of workflows to continue to aggregate information about our competitors online, existing research about our customers, and just continue to build out that custom AI model with everything about our company. Then I might even deploy it to Slack or Microsoft Teams. Although we're not technically training an AI model here, building out a central knowledge base enables companies to basically build a custom AI model that is totally grounded in all the context about your business.
