Here's how to save a ton of time using ChatGPT. It all comes down to using variables in your prompts so you can reuse the same ones over and over again. Here's an example. A variable is a part of the prompt that you'll change when you use the prompts for different things. So I'm saying, write me a blog post about topic and include keywords. Now instead of writing a whole prompt every time, I could just alter the topic and the keywords that I'm going to use. This is a basic example, but here's how you can get more complex with it. In this prompt, I'm saying, write me a personalized sales email to recipient. You should be selling our new email marketing tool. Make sure to bring up specific thing about client. The writing style should be similar to previous sales emails. Now this is a much longer prompt that I'll be able to reuse with different variables. So I'm inputting a different recipient, something specific about that specific client. And then also I'm going to feed it my previous sales emails. And boom, just like that, I got the sales email that I was looking for. I like to use variables in my prompts because the reality is I use my prompts over and over again. So by using variables, I can alter the specifics of the prompt while still using the same prompt every single time. More chat GBT tips coming soon.
