I've been getting a lot of questions recently asking what platforms I use to build AI automations, so I thought I'd make a quick video showing you how you can build a customer service AI agent for any business that can be deployed to your website or social media accounts. There are a few platforms you can use, but I like to use Voiceflow because it's low code and lets you build advanced AI agents. If you head over to their website, you can create an account for free, then head over to Designer where you can start to build a workflow. First thing you want to do is drag a line from start and drop a text card. This will be the first message the chatbot will send. So then you type a welcome message like this. After that, head over to the bar on your left and drag and drop a capture card. This will capture the response of the user, which will probably be a question. On the right hand side, it will automatically capture this response into a variable called last utterance. Then drag a line from the capture card, but this time we'll use the AI response card. Change it to knowledge base, then do this to add the last utterance variable here. And then under instructions, write something like this. This gives the AI instructions on how to respond to queries. Next thing you want to do is create a PDF document with questions and answers in this format for a business. You can get ChatGPT to do this for you. Then head over here, press knowledge, and then add data source in the top right corner. Then upload the PDF file here. This is what the AI will use to answer the questions. Then head over back to the workflow and drag a line from here back to the capture card. Now to test it out, press the play button on the first card, and then in the bottom right you can ask a question and it will respond with a suitable response. So this is a super basic chatbot. If you want to make it more advanced, you can add more cards to the flow. Now the last thing to do is press publish and customize the widget. Then here's the code, and then all you have to do is copy that website code to have it deployed to your website.
