would you most like to change about the world of product? PMs are not going to like it when I say this. I wish PMs would be a little bit less fixated on the process and technique of PMing as a craft and just focus a little more on like, am I making good decisions? Do I do what I say I was going to do? Do I work well with the people that I work with? And do I get shit done? Like at the end of the day, the job isn't actually much harder than that. And I worry a little bit that PMs sometimes get very navel-gazey about what the art and science of being a PM is. To the point where I'm like, hey, can you just go do some work and like just be good at your job and like make great decisions and like ship products and make people happy?
