So I started to shallow the club really well when I focused on two things. Number one was I was trying to pinch my trail elbow close to my lead elbow in the downswing. That would put my trail arm in an externally rotated position. Number two was I imagined there was a weight attached to the club head. I felt like that club head was delayed and fell behind me before getting out in front of me. So it would look like that. Pinch and drop. That would put me in a really good slotted position to freely rotate through impact.
