So, if you've been trying really hard to get out of that dreaded handle pull, shaft gets steep, right, and you can't leave those arms up no matter what you do, it may be a left pelvic tilt issue. Let me talk about that. So, your body is always gonna try to keep your head still. So, if I work it back and I have too much lead side pelvic tilt, you can see those sticks are very, very parallel to each other. So, I'm not in left bend. If I was, where would my head go? Way down, right? So, if I keep my pelvis more level and I go back, in order to keep my head still, I'm gonna go into left bend. If I wasn't, my head would be way over here, okay? So, now, I'm more in left bend because my left side of my pelvis isn't quite so tilted down. All right. Why is that important? Well, I need to have mobility to go from left bend to right bend because in transition, I need something that to move other than the arms. So, I need to be able to get that midsection to, boom, go from left bend to right bend as that left hip works around. If I go back with too much left pelvic tilt, no left side bend, right, what do you think is gonna move? Arms. Okay. Try this. So, when we set up, all right, we're gonna put our club on our pelvis, work it back, keep it nice and level to the ground, keep that club nice and level, then we're gonna put it on our shoulders, feel like we tilt that grip way down at the ball, do a few reps of that, get the feel for it.
