Here's your AI tip for the day. Keep a journal, end handwriting, where AI doesn't look at it. I know it's weird that I'm saying that, but the reason why is not some conspiracy theory. It's not that I'm saying AI can see everything. It's actually really simple. People in the future, people like 10, 15 years from now, are going to be fascinated by the transition that we are living through. We are going from a world where creativity and things that we made and the words and the stuff that we did was all from our brains to a world where all of that is done in partnership with AI, or nearly all. We are living through that moment, and keeping a journal during this time is a way of letting people in the future know what is coming, letting them know how you experience this. It's also a way for you to keep a sense of how you're changing. If you want to map your changing relationship to AI, keeping a journal is a good idea. I will tell you, it's not a big journal, but I have one. It's a 10-year journal, and I write about four lines a day. I just write what was top of mind for the day. AI doesn't help. It helps me to have a clean record of my own brain through this process. It may not seem like an AI tip, but I think that having a sense of pulled-out creativity is actually really helpful.
