PicoLabs just launched PicoEditions which lets you add anyone or anything to an existing video in a really fun and interesting way. So if you head to PicoLabs on desktop there are a number of different PicoEdition templates. You then go to the bottom and upload your video and then also upload your image. You can keep the prompt how it is and then this will add your image to the video while trying to preserve the original video. You get a number of free credits a month and they also have a mobile app.
