Clod 3.7 just came out and it's really really good. Clod Sonnet 3.7 is now the first hybrid LLM on the market. Now hybrid LLM means it not only does the fast quick responses that we're used to with Clod, but it also does the long drawn out thinking responses that we're starting to see with things like DeepSeek and O1. Now what does that all mean? Well it means that Clod is back on top when it comes to being the best coding model in the game. If we take a look at the stats it's showing the best marks for software engineering accuracy when you compare it to stuff like ChatGPT or even DeepSeek. And you can also see here that it's scoring higher marks than ChatGPT's O1 when it comes to agentic tool use. And here's the stats for Clod versus all the big frontier models on a number of different subjects. And you'll see that Clod's either the best or neck and neck with almost every single model out there. Clod also announced Clod Code today which is their agentic coding tool. Now it's just in the preview stage but they're saying it's able to handle very complex high workload software engineering tasks. So this news is super exciting for anyone who's used Clod over the last year or so.
