AI just won't stop taking jobs. This new feature from 11Labs allows you to create a full AI voice agent in a matter of minutes that will replace an entire call center. Let me show you how it works. First you need to log into 11Labs and then you want to go to the new conversational AI button on the left hand side. You will then see the option to create a new AI agent, you want to press on this. Once you've created the agent you will then have a bunch of different options to choose from to actually configure the agent. One of the first things to do is to actually go ahead and add some information in the form of PDFs so that the agent has got a knowledge base for the purpose. So for example if it was for your business you want it to have all the information there is to know about your business. One of the coolest things about these agents is there is this widget option here where you could just embed this into your website and customers could have a conversation as if it was somebody from your company.
