Stop early extending and hitting shots like this. Early extension is when your hips slide forward, making your club drop way to the inside, causing inconsistent shots. To help fix this and maintain your posture, feel your right hip stay back as you come down and rotate through. Don't feel like you're throwing the club at the ball, rather the rotation brings the club down and through. A good drill to help practice this is to set up with your butt against the wall and make a swing while maintaining pressure on the wall as you come through.
