So I'm going to show you guys the insanity that is my husband. He's been taking his ice baths again every morning on our back deck, but it's been freakishly cold. Like, freakishly cold. Let me show you what the ice bath looks like right now. Friends, look at this. It is like iced solid. He had to break through it this morning with a sledgehammer. I give it to him. He's better than me because I could never. I did it once last year to prove that I could do it, but he's doing it every morning. But he said it was so bad this morning he almost couldn't even get in. So he's going to have to break it up and add more water to it later. But, you know, he's a disciplined man. What can I say?
