Both of the apps record step-by-step how you're interacting within a product. So it'll track clicks, anything you're typing. Both of them will create a video of everything you've done as well as a step-by-step breakdown with text and images. Personally like Guide a little bit more than Scribe because Guide is leaning into AI avatar generation, but Scribe has been around for a lot longer and has more enterprise features. Other thing you can do is use Loom to record what you're doing within the app, talk while you're doing it, and then use ChatGPT to organize the transcript from your recording into a step-by-step tutorial.
