Do you find yourself getting stuck on the downswing? This can lead to a flippy release. This can be due to sliding the pelvis towards the ball on the way down, causing the arms to get stuck back behind the body. Instead of trying to rotate the hips harder, think about sitting back with your front hip. From there, rotate your torso open. By getting that front hip out of the way, this will allow room for the arms to rotate through. To practice this, put an alignment stick across your chest and through your belt loops.
