Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, you know, nothing wrong with a great employee engagement survey, however, you will do more to improve the lives of your team if you have a 100% player leadership team that closely follows the core values of the organization, that is deeply aligned with understanding where they are on the five dysfunctions of a team paradigm, that consistently coaches their team, and is able to understand where team members need to be, you know, not only compensated more, but put in the right position to be able to succeed, and that they consistently eliminate C players from the organization, meaning people that tear down, not just, you know, not productive, but don't know the core values consistently, tear down the organization. A leadership team that can do that is worth more than the impact of a thousand employee surveys.
