So I actually disagree with a lot of it. I think it's gonna be one of the blog posts that is the most misused and actually causes a lot of the worst behavior in startup for a long time. And I think for the people that truly get it to the level of having all the contacts that he does, then it'll actually be a huge unlock. The reason I think it's gonna be misused is a fewfold. One way to read it is to deeply undervalue great execs. And I think that that's totally wrong. A second way to read it is the founder should micromanage everything. And while I am a fan of sweating the details, which is one of our core values in certain areas, if you try to micromanage everything, it's never gonna work. And I think he didn't hit the nail on the head of the whole point is like delegate effectively. If you delegate something and it really matters, you gotta stay close to it. If you delegate something, it doesn't matter. You can stay a little further away from it. Don't over-delegate, because I think that that's the mode that it seems like a lot of people at companies that we're talking about a lot were in. And we certainly made mistakes with over-delegation. So anyway, I love the zeitgeist of it. I love the concept like, yeah, get in the details, drive hard, be really close to the things that matter the most. But I do worry that it's gonna be a little misinterpreted.
