They're forced to assimilate with different cultures, with different people, to bring people along in stories. Great entrepreneurs show early signs of exceptionalism. They start a business when they're 12. They sell cookies at school when they're eight. No one comes out of McKinsey and does their first company and that's the first time they've ever made money. The other one is like, they generally make you feel a little bit uneasy. You know, Nick at Revolute, incredible entrepreneur, probably not the best cocktail party guest.
