When I feel like I don't wanna work, I just start mapping out everything going on inside of my business. Let me show you how. I do it inside of a tool called Miro where I can drag Loom videos, copy screenshots, I consolidate them in a color-coded fashion inside of Miro. When you zoom in, you start to realize there are so many elements that go into this. You could just keep zooming in and it would not stop. Anytime I'm gonna make a change to my business, I simply document it in here and then I update the change within this wireframe. And I share this with my clients, my team members, my community members so they can literally have the most leverage assets from my company. Start by mapping things out. It can get fun, it can get creative. Gamify it if you need to. This is gonna be one of the most foundational assets that you can hand off to other people and one of the only ways that other people can receive value from you without it costing you any more time, money, or energy.
