With all the changes AI is bringing to the workforce, the ability to create, manage and maintain an AI agent will be a must have skill. Imagine having 10 or 20 or 100+ different AI operators running tasks at the same time—handling sales, finance, marketing, HR, and customer service. The new skill won’t just be knowing how to do the work. It’ll be overseeing AI doing the work or overseeing the AI that is managing other AI's doing the work...that's pretty ridiculous concept but it really isn't. We further discuss the implications of Operator and other AI Agents in our latest episode of the AI Accelerator for Business Show where we demo OpenAI's Operator. #aibusiness #aiautomation #openaioperator #operator #aiagents

Imagine you having 10 or 20 different operators doing 10 or 20 different tasks at a time. The new skill that people will have to have is not only the skill of, let's say, sales, HR, finance, accounting, marketing, whatever that is, but the ability to manage the AI agent. Because now you can deploy multiple agents at the same time, but if you've seen the HubSpot example where it still asks you for human intervention, put in your password, you have to be knowledgeable about how to run operator or whatever AI agent, because Google and Meta and Anthropic will all release their own versions. That's a skill you'll have to have, not just a skill to execute the task, but actually understanding how to use operator to ensure your AI agent is completing the task you're supposed to.
