So this is how I do my content calendar. First of all, I have a content planner. So all of the time I am adding in ideas into this content planner. It's broken down between content pillars and content styles. So I write all of these down. When I want to break them down more, these are all in toggles. So I'll actually break them down more and write them a little bit further in here before bringing them into my actual content calendar. So my actual content calendar is once the idea is fully formed. I write it in, in here, turn it into its full page, write everything within Notion. And then in that same content calendar, I'm marking it. So I'm marking the pillar. I'm marking the status of it. I'm marking the style. What is it? Is it a written article? Is it B-roll? Is it a photo? And I'm tagging it for the platform that it is going on. From there, we get a filming date and we get a posting date. And that is how I do my content.
