I want to talk about the biggest barrier I've had to overcome in using ChatGPT to its fullest. That's been actually being able to translate the work that I do into frameworks and processes that I could get ChatGPT to do it for me. This might be a surprise, but I'm naturally a very creative person and so it's hard for me to put some of these free-form things and activities that I do into a process that could actually be automated or supplemented with AI. But recently I found a lot of success with sitting down and realizing that about 20% of my work really is creating 80% of the value. And that for that other 80%, if I can focus on really getting that down into systems and processes that ChatGPT can help me with, then that is freeing me up to do even better work for the 20% that really matters. It's not about using ChatGPT for everything, it's about using ChatGPT for the right things.
