How does Skipping a Rock relate to your Golf Sw...
If you've skipped a rock before, you'll know when to start adding speed in your golf swing. You can see that as you step forward, you don't throw the ball from here. You shift your weight forward, then bring your arms to your body, then release everything to throw the rock. Taking this same principle, this means you shouldn't be starting your speed from the top of your backswing and instead, shift your weight to the lead side and allowing the arms to come down before you start turning and releasing the club. So allow your weight to be shifted, then bring your arms down, then learn to maximise the speed from here. You'll be using muscles you've never used before to bring the speed from such short distance.
