Step one is to create a make.com scenario that watches for new emails coming into your Gmail. Step two, it's gonna send the email content over to your OpenAI assistant. Build out your assistant, go to platform.openai.com, click create an assistant, give it a name, and then put in your system instructions, which is the prompt for your assistant. And most importantly, you're gonna enable file search here, uploaded documents containing previous emails with how you respond. That's what trains the OpenAI assistant how to respond to new incoming emails. And you can test everything out here. You can paste in a sample email, and then you'll see what your email bot says.
