Some big news. For those of you that don't know, I have a venture capital firm that invests in early stage startups and I just launched a podcast. This week, the first episode is dropping with the co-founder and co-CEO of Public.com, a billion dollar company based in New York City. Public.com is an investing platform and it has raised over $300 million from investors like Tiger Global and Excel and Life Talks all about raising over $300 million in a few years and it's super interesting. The goal of the podcast is called First Money In is to interview now billion dollar company founders and CEOs about their experience raising money for the very first time because it's super awkward for most founders and not always intuitive. We have a crazy lineup of founders that I've been doing a ton of these interviews and can't wait to post more, but you'll be hearing from a lot of amazing folks and hopefully this information is super useful for a lot of you going out to raise money for the first time.
