What would you say are just signs that your company would benefit from a product ops team and that you're a fit for building a product ops team? One of the things that kicked off product ops for us was we had a really bad launch. We realized that there was not transparency across the aisle and there was this lack of readiness across the organization and out to customers for what was coming. And I remember that moment looking around and looking at our engineers and seeing that they were like, hold on, what, like, you know, where do we go now? We wanted to take that moment and make it less about firefighting and more about being responsible and really customer obsessed. We need to create a system so that this doesn't happen again. And that goes back to my definition of what product ops is. It's a thing and it is also a person or a group of people. It does not have to be humans. It can be that there's a system being created from a strong product person who knows how to get this team to be healthy. So that was our moment for thinking about, OK, we might need product operations formalized here.
