Google just released a new image remixing tool called Whisk and you can upload pictures that emulate the style and subject and landscape that you want and then Google Whisk combines them all into a final photo. Here I'm going to upload a picture of one of my puppies, Bubble, and I want to make a plushie in this style. This was the very first attempt. Okay, it's not bad, but it's kind of scary with those eyes. So I tell Whisk, those eyes are scary, please make the plushie look super cute. Second iteration is much better, less scary than the first one.
